Hydraulic press care and maintenance

1. It is recommended to use No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil for working oil, and the operating oil temperature should be within the range of 15 to 60 degrees Celsius.

2. The hydraulic oil must be strictly filtered before it is allowed to be added to the tank.

3. The working oil should be replaced once a year, and the first replacement time should not exceed three months;

4. The slider should always be filled with lubricating oil, the outer surface of the column should always be kept clean, and engine oil should be sprayed before each work.

5. Under a nominal pressure of 500T, the maximum allowed eccentricity is 40mm. Excessive eccentricity can easily cause strain on the column or other adverse phenomena.

6. Calibrate and check the pressure gauge of the hydraulic press every six months;

7. If the hydraulic press machine is out of service for a long time, the surface of each adding part should be scrubbed clean and coated with anti-rust oil.
