Classification of hydraulic presses

According to the application, it is mainly divided into metal forming, bending, stretching, punching, powder (metal, non-metal) forming, pressing, extrusion, etc.

1) Hot forging hydraulic press

Large forging hydraulic press is a forging equipment capable of completing various free forging processes and is one of the most widely used equipment in the forging industry.

2) Four-column hydraulic press

This hydraulic press is suitable for the pressing process of plastic materials. Such as powder product molding, plastic product molding, cold (hot) extrusion metal molding, sheet stretching, and transverse pressing, bending, turning, correction and other processes.

3) Single-arm hydraulic press (single-column hydraulic press)

The working range can be expanded, the space on three sides can be used, the hydraulic cylinder stroke can be lengthened (optional), the maximum telescopic range is 260mm-800mm, and the working pressure can be preset; hydraulic system heat dissipation device.

4) Gantry hydraulic press

It can assemble, disassemble, calender, stretch, bend, punch and other tasks on machine parts, truly realizing the multi-purpose of one machine. The workbench of this machine can move up and down, and the size expands the opening and closing height of the machine, making it more convenient to use.

5) Double column hydraulic press

This series of products is suitable for processing processes such as pressing, bending and shaping, embossing, flanging, punching and shallow stretching of small parts of various parts; and the molding of metal powder products. It adopts electric control, is equipped with inching and semi-automatic cycles, can maintain pressure and delay, and has good slide guideability. It is easy to operate, easy to maintain, economical and durable. According to the user's needs, thermal instruments, ejection cylinders, stroke digital display, counting and other functions can be added.
