2. Make sure that at least one threaded bolt is exposed after installing the tensioner;

3. Make sure the flange is fastened and close together, and the bolts and nuts are also fastened, and install another 50% of the tensioners on the long bolts. Tighten the nut to tighten it with the tensioner;

4. Check the environment around the bottom of the tensioner to ensure that the tensioner acts vertically and horizontally on the contact plane;

5. Install the support ring and hydraulic cylinder with half of the bolts spaced apart as the first group, and turn the starting direction of the support ring to the radial direction of the flange;

6. Check the surroundings of the support ring base to ensure that it has acted vertically on the tensioning plane. By adjusting the load screw at the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder, the support ring can be rotated relative to the hydraulic pressure;

7. After tightening 50% of the support rings on the load nut, the oil pipe connection is usually placed outward with the flange as the center.

8. Install the hydraulic cylinder.
